Hot Yoga (95-105 degrees)

Hot Hatha (Level 1/2/3) 105 degrees

This class is comprised of a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, repeated twice, and done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at 105 degrees. This physically and mentally challenging yoga session done under heated conditions promotes profuse sweating, which helps to detoxify the body. The heat also accelerates the warming of the muscles. This encourages flexibility and free movements in asana (poses) and increases blood and oxygen circulation for greater healing benefits.

Vinyasa (Level 2) 95 degrees

Often called a moving meditation, this challenging class is unique to each instructor but always offers a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote and emphasize upper and lower body strength, balance, flexibility and core strength. Sun-Salutations are a core component of this class. Pranayama (breath) and meditation is often practiced.

Power Hour (Level 1/2) 95 degrees

This class takes a vinyasa class and shrinks it into 60 minutes. This is a fast moving efficient class. Come prepared to sweat and move.

Warm Yoga (85-90 degrees)

Yin/Yang (Level 1/2) 90 degrees

This class balances the strength and endurance of a “Yang” practice with the ease and opening of a “Yin” practice. 1⁄2 the class time will incorporate poses for strength and endurance and the other 1⁄2 will include yin poses for ultimate flexibility.

Core Sculpt (Level 1/2) 85 Degrees

If you are a yogi, a runner, a cyclist, or a weekend warrior, this class will support your physical activites by building strength, awareness and fluidity in the core. There will also be an emphasis on breath (pranayama) and how that relates to your core and your overall practice.

Non Heated Yoga

Yoga Dance (Level 2)

This class offers a fusion of creatively sequenced yoga postures (Asanas) and flowing movements. This unique blend of yoga and dance offers a different perspective on a movement practice. Come prepared to move and have fun.

Duration 90 minutes

Foundations (Level 1)

A great class to begin your practice or bring your experienced practice back to its foundation. A focus on correct alignment and an understanding of the body and breath will help your practice advance as well as keep you safe from injuries.

Duration 60 minutes

Deepen Your Practice “DYP” (Level 3)

Interested in exploring your edge? Incorporating more esoteric ideas from yoga onto the mat? Playing with inversions, arm balances and big openers? This class will provide all that and more.
